Description
Egg drop soup is traditionally a Chinese dish also know as egg flower soup. This simple recipe features a light broth, noodles, veggies and two beaten eggs which when “dropped” or poured into the soup’s boiling broth adds the finish touch of thin silken strands of cooked egg. For a vegan alternative, use cubed tofu in place of the egg.
