Greek Tzatziki Sauce

Many versions of this, yogurt + cucumber + garlic, sauce can be seen all over the word. But Tzatziki, as its known to the Greeks, is probably the most well known and popular! I was first introduced to this delightful accompaniment at Pita Pit. After trying it I wanted to make some at home! This creamy sauce is a great on pitas, wraps or as a veggie dip.
