Rice Milk
I doubled this recipe and it made a little more than a quart. The family said it tasted "chalky" and that I should try to tweak it a bit more. I blended it until it was warm in the Vita-Mix, so it wasn't grainy or anything. I thought it was all right. We used the whole quart for breakfast on cold and hot cereal despite their 2-3 star rating. I would probably make it again, and would definitely use it to cook with.
