Description

This simple combination of lentils and kidney beans is one of my favorite Indian dishes! This dish features cooked lentils (dal), bright red kidney beans, a few tomatoes for a light sauce, onion, garlic, ginger and spices. Not bland and not too hot--just great flavor. Enjoy!
