This was really good! The crust was so easy to make - even with a three year old helping and rolled out thin with no problem. I did as the recipe recommends and pre-baked the crust before adding toppings. For sauce I used a thin layer of refried beans, then topped it with sprinkled black beans, sauteed green peppers, salsa and yellow daiya cheese. I baked it for about 10 minutes after adding toppings and we really enjoyed it. Will make again!
